Eligibility for Refund:
- Refunds for POS software are available within 7 days of purchase. Refund requests submitted after this period will not be approved.
- For hardware devices such as POS printers, scanners, and other related products, refunds are not offered under any circumstances.

- Provide your customer ID and a detailed explanation of the issue.
Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund within the specified time frame:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your card issuer or mobile financial service (MFS) provider, as there might be delays in processing by the financial institution.
